A homepage is a story with very little time to tell it. Visitors decide in seconds whether you understand their problem, and they decide with their gut long before they read your feature list.
Every page needs a hero and a conflict
We start each project by writing the story in one paragraph: who the customer is, what stands in their way and how life looks once the problem is gone. If we cannot write that paragraph, we are not ready to design.
Structure beats decoration
Good stories move in a clear order, and so do good pages. Problem, promise, proof, plan: the sequence matters more than any single visual flourish.
Let the details carry the voice
Microcopy, empty states and confirmation messages are where a brand’s personality becomes real. They are small, but people read them at exactly the moment they are paying attention.
