These terms apply to this website and to the design and development services of [Genozy Studio Ltd.] (“Genozy”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or booking a service with us you agree to them. A signed proposal or contract for a specific project takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
1. Our services
We offer brand strategy, web design and development, content creation, and video production and ads, either as fixed projects or as a monthly subscription. What is included in each project is described in its proposal; plan details are on our services page.
2. Quotes and proposals
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work starts once you have accepted the proposal and paid the first invoice. Changes to the agreed scope are welcome and may change the timeline and the price; we always confirm them with you first.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you pause or cancel them. You can pause or cancel at any time; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Project invoices are due within [14] days. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
To keep the project on track we rely on you to:
- share the content, brand assets and access we need on time;
- make sure you have the rights to everything you send us;
- give feedback within the review rounds agreed in the proposal.
5. Ownership of the work
Once the work is paid in full, the final deliverables are yours to use and change as you wish. We keep the rights to our own tools, code libraries and unused concepts. Fonts, stock photos and third-party software stay under their own licences, which we pass on to you.
6. Portfolio
We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media after launch. If a project must stay confidential, tell us before we start and we will keep it private.
7. Liability
We do our work with care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific business results. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data.
8. Using this website
The content of this website belongs to Genozy or its licensors. You may read and share it, but not copy it for commercial use without permission. We may update the website and these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
